Mireille Dyrberg

Chief Executive Officer

With more than 20 years of experience driving innovation across global financial institutions and fintech firms, Mireille leads our business and executive team. Her collaborative leadership style combines strategic vision with operational excellence, with a focus on advancing the future of capital markets through technology-led transformation and delivering enhanced value to clients.

Before Xceptor, Mireille served as CEO of EMEA and Global COO at TriOptima, COO at Duco, and most recently, CEO of FRISS, where she led the scaling of AI-driven risk and fraud solutions.

Mireille holds a BA from the University of Kent and a double MA with Distinction from Exeter University and the Uniwersytet Jagielloński w Krakowie, specialising in macroeconomics.

Dan Reid

Chief Technology Officer

Dan is the Chief Technology Officer and an original founder of Xceptor. He leads our Surrey UK office's Innovation, Development, and Support teams.

Dan is focused on driving the vision, architecture, and development of the Xceptor platform.

Nikki Feare

Chief Human Resources Officer

With almost 20 years of experience in HR within technology firms, Nikki brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She leads our People functions, responsible for building out our HR and Talent infrastructure.

Her deep experience includes roles at O2, Tableau Software, and most recently, as VP Employee Success EMEA at Salesforce.

Craig Nickerson

Chief Finance Officer

With over 20 years of experience leading finance operations for global software companies, Craig brings a wealth of financial expertise to our team.

His impressive background includes leadership roles at RSA Security, AFS Technologies (acquired by TELUS), Insightsoftware, the SAVO Group (acquired by Seismic), and Applied Global Technologies Inc..

Craig partners closely with our CEO, to execute our growth strategy and optimize value creation.

Strath Lanyon

Chief Client Success Officer

With close to 20 years of leadership experience in the technology sector, Strath brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. His primary responsibility is overseeing the complete post-sale client journey, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and value throughout their partnership with us.

Before joining our team, Strath held senior positions at Adenza and Calypso Technology. At Adenza, he played a pivotal role in scaling the cloud services division, contributing to the company’s growth and success. His deep industry expertise and proven track record make him an ideal leader to drive our commitment to client centricity.

Grant Coombe

Chief Revenue Officer

With over 25 years of leadership experience across global financial services and technology industries, Grant brings a wealth of experience in driving client success and growth. His primary responsibility is leading the revenue strategy and driving collaboration across the company to support continued growth.

Prior to joining our team, Grant held leadership positions at FundApps, Saleslocker and Bloomberg LP.

Michiel Verhoeven

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Michiel leads the overall business and executive team. A customer and people focused leader, Michiel has over 25 years in both global corporations and technology startups and experience in delivering creative strategies and transforming organizational capabilities and cultures. Prior to joining Xceptor, Michiel was the managing director at SAP, Vice President at Microsoft Asia and webMethods Asia and COO of Asia Net Media.

Sharon Cooper

Chief Finance Officer

Sharon leads our Finance and Head Office functions, with the experience of major corporates under her belt. Sharon has been operating within the private equity and public markets arenas, having started her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young.

Dan Reid

Dan is Chief Technology Officer and an original founder of Xceptor. He leads the Innovation, Development and Support teams who are based at our Surrey UK office. Dan is focussed on driving the vision, architecture and development of the Xceptor platform.

Mark Brooke-Webb

Chief Operations Officer

Mark leads the Delivery, Client Experience and SaaS Operations teams. With over 20 years of IT and software experience in the financial sector, Mark joined us from Fidessa where he was responsible for leading the global client services functions.

Josh Monroe

Chief Revenue Officer

Josh leads our global Sales, Strategic Partnerships & Alliances and Marketing teams. Josh has extensive experience in financial services, most recently leading the Americas and global sales of the network, trade matching and data analytics business at Itiviti. Previously, Josh held senior leadership roles at FIS and SunGard.

Ludovic Blanquet

Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer

Ludovic has extensive financial services experience. Before joining us, Ludovic developed and executed smartTrade's value creation plan. He spent 7 years at Misys and Finastra and was instrumental in the Misys and D+H merger in 2017. Early in his career, Ludovic established a Singapore based electronic broker for Credit Agricole. A French national, he started his career in Paris with Reuters, on trade and risk management software solutions.
