We are pleased to announce the release of Version 4.2 of Xceptor, which, among a number of improvements, provides a step change in how customers can create, display and visualise their data and processes.
Dashboards within Xceptor are now configurable, and can display key data in a graphical format, with support for: bar charts; pie charts; line charts, vertical and horizontal matrices and key value lists.
This functionality will allow users more control over how they view and analyse their data, allowing them to create their own dashboards to track progress and providing an at-a-glance view of their data, enabling improved analysis and an ability to spot data trends more easily.
Xceptor now has the capability to provide a mapped view of all processes managed on the platform. This powerful visualisation tool provides customers with additional insight as to how their processes fit together, enabling them to view the data flows and how each step interacts with the rest of the process.
This will enable customers to optimise each of those steps to drive additional efficiency within their processes.
